Beneath the classy Westminster restaurant of the same name, the Cinnamon Club Bar provides a suitably stylish backdrop: cream walls, low tables, white bar. Cocktails with a twist, such as "Don't Mess With Naga," with Plata tequila, caramel liquor, green-pear syrup, quality bourbon, and hot chillies. Bollywood movies screened on a glass wall inside this listed building, the former Old Westminster Library.
