Owners Sarita (as in Sarita's Mac) and Caesar Ekya make the most of this one-trick pony with options like whole wheat pasta, breadcrumb toppings, and roasted fig and shitake mushroom throw-ins. Served in mini-skillets with potholders and available in three sizes: nosh, major munch, and mongo. Shit is dangerous—don't hit it if you can't quit it.
