Lowdown

Yet another gambler stakes it all on the notoriously unlucky (and aesthetically unappealing) Neonopolis complex downtown. Local TV host/lounge performer/composer/minor legend Tony Sacca is opening his own restaurant, bedecked with decades' worth of his own Las Vegas memorabilia. The menu will also be Vegas-y, with dishes named after Sin City's stars (please let there be a Roy Horn steak tartare). Whether this gig will turn out to be the Rat Pack at the Sands or Joe Franklin on public access still remains to be seen.
