Lowdown
A nice, clean option in this dirty hood—though the hood is quickly catching up. Like a Cafeteria clone, comfort food in minimalist setting, but menu has evolved nicely with a dash of Asian flavor. Chef Mario Arnero brings it with tasty barbecued duck and seared tuna on soba. Can't go wrong with the spicy meatloaf, either. Predictably modern interior looks like a place Carrie Bradshaw and the girls might go to blahblahblah, but things could be worse.
